We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must have been purchased from moonunitbeauty.com, must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unsoiled.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@moonunitbeauty.com with your order details (for example; your order number). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you've received the wrong item.

Note: This product is made of natural crystals, so the color and texture of each will be different. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, (unless faulty) we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
